Who are your members? 

There are all sorts of members – new startup companies, therapists, consultants, lawyers, brokers, and more.

What is coworking? How is it different than renting an office space? 

Coworking brings together people working in different businesses to a common location in order to get work done. This helps create economies of scale resulting in the ability to offer lower prices and more flexibility than any single individual would be able to obtain. Unlike renting an office space, coworking memberships offer workspace with the promise of human connection.

What are the membership terms?

We offer all memberships on a monthly basis. This approach provides maximum flexibility to members, and enables them to quickly scale up (or down) on the amount of space they need. However, if you plan to rent long-term, discounts are applied to 1-year leases.

Where is Enfield Office Suites located? 

The property is prominently located at 174 South Road in Enfield, CT, approximately 1.25 miles from I-91 and less than 3 miles from the Connecticut/Massachusetts state border.

Where do I sign up?

What is a dedicated work desk in the cubicle area?

With the work desk option, you will get your own personal desk in a windowed cubicle office space with more privacy than a regular membership. Most of these members keep their desktop computers here for convenience.

How much do the private offices run? 

Interior Office – A private office, minus the view; our lowest cost private office space. These offices are between $400 and $600 per month depending on size and features.


Window Office – A private office with a view. These offices are $500-$600 per month depending on size and features.                         

Office Suite – A very large windowed office that includes a desk and meeting table. These office suites are $600-$700 per month.


How can I get a phone line in my office? 

You can set up a personal direct line with Cox or your phone service provider. Many tenants use their cell phone or Voice Over Internet Phones.

Can I get mail sent here?

Yes. You can have mail sent to 174 South Road, Enfield CT 06082. We will provide you a suite number and mailbox.

What about security?

Enfield Office Suites has a monitored security system with cameras inside and outside the facility for your protection. We also have keyless access for our members so that only people that belong in the building are in the building.

What is the cost to rent the conference rooms?

Additional hours are 20% off for members. For non-members, click here for the conference and training room rates.

How do I cancel my membership?

We hate to lose you! But if you have to go, we ask that you give us a written 60-day notice (per the lease agreement) prior to your next invoice date. To cancel, simply e-mail info@enfieldofficesuites.com. In addition, we kindly request that, if you are a key holder, the key be returned prior to your membership being canceled.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes. If you are a responsible dog owner AND your dog gets along with people and other dogs feel free to bring them into the office. We have plenty of grassy area and woods in the back that are perfect for a short walk with your dog.

I am employed as a remote employee. Can I join, or is this just for startups?

We welcome remote workers. Many of our current members are remote employees that are telecommuting for companies in other parts of the country-- so you'll be in good company.

Can I bring clients to Enfield Office Suites?

Of course! Having a professional place to meet clients and hold meetings or workshops is a primary advantage of being a member. Our conference room provides privacy that you and your clients will appreciate when discussing private business matters.

How does cleanliness work?

We have three basic guidelines: 1) Wash your dishes 2) Clean up coffee spills 3) Get rid of unsightly leftovers. We have a cleaning crew that comes in twice per week, and if everyone does their part to keep their space clean then everything seems to work out just fine.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept business checks or ACH (auto withdrawal).  We will accept any major credit card but add a 3.5% processing fee.

When and how will I be invoiced?

When you decide to become an Enfield Office Suite member, you will set up an account with us. You can pay by cash, check, credit, or automatic bank withdrawal. All monthly fees are due on the first of the month. Invoices are delivered via email.
